Shipping
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 7 business days from the date of purchase, as indicated on the product page. Please ensure that the correct shipping address is selected, as we are not responsible for undeliverable packages. If an order needs to be resent due to an incorrect address, the customer agrees to cover the new shipping fees incurred.
Shipping Carrier
We primarily use USPS or UPS to ship our packages. Once your package is handed over to the carrier, we have limited control over its transit and delivery.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that unforeseen delays may occur during transit, which are beyond our control. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for delays caused by USPS or UPS.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please refer to the tracking information for updates and inquiries regarding the location of your package.
Lost/Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit, you may file a claim directly with USPS or UPS. We will assist you by providing the necessary information and support to initiate your claim. Please note that The Self-Care Station is not responsible for refunding or replacing items lost during shipping. Any refunds will be based on the amount awarded through the carrier’s claim process.
Temperature Sensitivity
Our products may melt when exposed to high temperatures during shipping. If this occurs, simply refrigerate the product for 2 hours, and it will solidify again. The appearance may be affected, and there may appear to be less product in the jar, but the integrity and benefits of our ingredients remain unchanged. To return your product to a fluffy consistency, you can re-whip it with a hand mixer.

Returns
Refund & Store Credit Policy
At The Self-Care Station, we want to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we deeply appreciate your support.
Refunds & Exchanges
You have a 5-day window from the delivery date to request a refund or exchange for unused products. All refunds are processed as store credit, which can be used for future purchases online or in-store. We do not accept returns for any products.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that has been damaged during transit or if there was an error in your order due to our staff, we are more than happy to provide a replacement at no additional charge. In order to assist you more efficiently, please include photos of the damaged product or packaging when requesting a replacement.
How to Request a Refund or Exchange
To initiate a refund or exchange, please contact us at hello@theselfcarestation.com within 5 days of receiving your product. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product if applicable. Let us know if you'd prefer store credit or a replacement product.
